Getting error 4431 and 11488 when running proutil dbname -C idxbuild.
ERROR: extracting the field value failed.
SYSTEM ERROR: Failed to build key for recid = <RECID> index number <index-num> table number <table-num>. (4431)

CAUSE:
The idxbuild utility was not able to read the fields that compose the index entries from the record with the given RECID, from the table with the given table number, while trying to build an index entry to add to the given index. Such an unexpected problem is a symptom of data corruption.
FIX:
The actual fix depends on the type of data corruption. Please back up your database and contact Technical Support for further instructions.
