SYMPTOM(s):
First 'ask at run time' question repeats itself.
After the first question all subsequent 'ask at run time' questions are ignored.
CAUSE:
This problem is usually caused by the presence of the -q startup parameter.
FIX:
Remove the -q startup parameter.
