SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer, NameServer and WebSpeed broker dies after some period of time.
No errors being reported in any of the log files.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Running 10.2B02 Eval license
10.1C is also installed on this machine in a different directory.
Ports for AdminServer, NameServer and WebSpeed brokers have been changed so they are not on the same ports as the 10.1C copy running in production.
Everything starts and runs fine for a given period of time.

CAUSE:
The AdminServer was being started from a command window. The person starting the AdminServer would then close the window which results in all processes started by that window terminating.
FIX:
Start the AdminServer as a Service or via a scheduled task using schtasks.exe.
