AVM ignores propath when looking for procedure to run.
AVM can only find procedure if it is copied to the DLC.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Procedure is located in a directory on the propath.
DLC is not in propath.

CAUSE:
Directories in the PROPATH were delimited with semicolons instead of colons. The AVM ignored the PROPATH and defaulted to the DLC when searching for the procedure to run.
FIX:
Use the correct Propath delimiter for the operating system:
Colon or comma on Unix
Semicolon or comma on Windows
