SYMPTOM(s):
Getting collation mismatch error when running QAD add on application.
Error is coming from the QAD Add on application and is not a Progress error.
Client is also suppose to have ISO8859-1 for -cpinternal.
Setting -logentrytypes 4GLTrace on the client shows that the application was seeing that the client was passing a "?" for the -cpinternal parameter instead of the expected value of ISO8859-1.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Client is an _progres client.
Database has ISO8859-1 for -cpinternal setting.
QAD application is checking what the client is passing with regards to -cpinternal verses what the database parameters are using for -cpinternal.

CAUSE:
Client is not passing the -cpinternal ISO8859-1 parameter.
FIX:
Modify the parameter file being used by the _progres client to include the appropriate -cpinternal setting (which in this case is ISO8859-1).
