Fathom startup failed. (9661)
At one time OpenEdge Explorer successfully started the password was changed.
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.2A
OpenEdge Explorer 10.2x

CAUSE:
The FathomRealm.properties file is missing from the ...\OEManage102a\etc directory.
FIX:
Do the following:
1. Copy the ...\OEManage102a\etc \fathomRealm.properties.orig to ...\OEManage102a\etc\fathomRealm.properties
2. Restart the AdminServer
3. Start OpenEdge Explorer
