CHANGE:
Migrated from 9.x to 10.1x.
CAUSE:
New functionality was added to prostrct to make it more 24x7 capable.
Prostrct statistics now connects to a database in a Read Only mode to allow it to be run when a database is online or offline.
FIX:
No change is necessary, this is an informational message and not an error.
