SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient application fails to upgrade while downloading one cab file
WebClient application upgrade fails when trying to download the version diff cab file
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.x
Problem occurs only on some machines whereas the upgrade works fine on others
CAUSE:
Web browser filtering (WebWasher) prevents cab file download.
FIX:
Disable filtering on the web browser to allow all necessary files to be downloaded.
