Some characters cannot be entered in a TTY client on Windows
Nothing happens when entering some characters in a character client session on Windows
Non English keyboard used
Characters entered with help of Alt-Gr key are not displayed
Characters like @^\`|[ ]{} cannot be entered when using french keyboard
Some characters cannot be typed when using TTY client on Windows in combination with German, French, Czech, Polish, Spanish and some other non-English keyboards
