Unknown hostname <hostname>. (5482)
Connection failure for host <host> port <port> transport <transport_name>. (9407)
Both machines can ping each other by hostname and IP address successfully
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
There is no host name in the AppServer broker
FIX:
Enter the host name in the registration Mode AppServer broker in Progress Explorer
