SYMPTOM(s):
Sqlschema command fails with no error for one database
Progress version and timestamp is returned
Sqldump command fails with error 7512 with same user and database
Sqlschema command works for other databases
Query of sysprogress.sysdbauth table shows the user does not have dba permission
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
The user does not have dba permission.
FIX:
Run the sqlschema command using a user that has dba permissions.
If the dba password is not known, add the sysprogress account to
the Data Administration security for the database. You can then
run the command using the sysprogress account with the password
you gave it.
