Getting message "You cannot add any more components to this index." trying to define index with more than 16 fields
"You cannot add any more components to this index."
FACT(s) (Environment):
message only appears when using Data dictionary via CHUI
Add button becomes disabled after adding the 16th field/column

CAUSE:
This is a design limitation. Index entries have a maximum of 16 fields per index.
FIX:
redefine index to limit to a maximum of 16 fields per index.
