SYMPTOM(s):
Running prostrct create with the -validate option returns a non-zero completion code.
After running prostrct create with -validate, immediately running the UNIX command "echo $?" returns a value of 2 instead of 0, even when the structure file syntax is correct.

Running prostrct create with the -validate option woks correctly in 10.2B.
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00204005.
CAUSE:
prostrct create -validate will return the incorrect completion code in versions 10.1B - 10.2A inclusive even if the syntax of the structure file is correct.
FIX:
Upgrade to version 10.2B or later.
