SUMMARY:
If you define an accelerator for a widget and the focus is not on
either that particular widget or a widget which accepts keystrokes
(editor or fill-in) then simply typing the letter associated with
the accelerator without also using the Ctrl or Alt keys will cause
the accelerator to fire.
EXPLANATION:
While the behavior might seem strange, this is not a bug. This is
standard Windows behavior although Visual Basic does not implement
it.
