Cannot load a .df file
The decimal initial value in <db/table>.df is not defined with the format used for the definition load
A copy of sports database displays $ in the wrong position

CAUSE:
During installation, the numeric format was chosen incorrectly.
FIX:
1. Open the OpenEdge installation dir\startup.pf file and edit it.
2. Change -numdec 36 to -numdec 46
