SYMPTOM(s):
Error reading promsgs file errno=22 it may have been deleted (---)
Database log file grows very large due to error message
The clients are all local
The error is repeated over and over for the same user
Users are not being kicked out
Users report no errors
FACT(s) (Environment):
No Citrix server is used
Adding a PROMSGS environment variable did not help
Copying the promsgs file from DLC to the WRK directory did not help

CAUSE:
A process was hung
FIX:
The user will be indicated in the database log file when the message is logged. Find the offending user and remove it:
1. Go to the proenv prompt
2. type proshut db-name
3. Choose option 1 to disconnect a user
4. Disconnect the user that is logging the error in the database log file (db-name.lg).
