Lock table overflow, increase -L on server (915)
SYSTEM ERROR: Error creating record to table . Record size , errno . (15164)
SYSTEM ERROR: Error creating record 8193 to table 11. Record size 99, errno -1218. (15164)

FIX:
As a workaround, do not start database in multi-user mode to perform binary load.
