URLs entered into an UltraFormattedTextEditor do not open when they are clicked.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
URLs entered into an UltraFormattedTextEditor are not hyperlinks by default.
FIX:
To make hyperlinks active, create an event handler for the UltraformattedTextEditor's LinkClicked event. It is necessary to hold down the control key while clicking on a link in the editor.
