FIX:
Customization of WebSpeed errors can be done through ?WSMAdmin utility.
1. Access the utility by; http://host-name/scripts-directory/messenger/WService=broker?WSMAdmin
2. Select the "Customize Messenger Error Messages" link.
3. You will see the WebSpeed Error Message Customization Utility Page
4. Either press ADD and/or Edit an existing error message.
5. After you've pressed "ADD", you will need to define;

Use custom message:
Use custom URL:
This is the editing page for custom messages. Type in an error message number from 0 - 9999. A zero for an error number acts as a catch-all and will catch any error that is not already defined. Click on the radio button next to "Use custom message:" or "Use custom URL:" and type in your text. Quotes are not necessary in any of the text boxes.
7. Submit to save the changes.
8. If you've pressed "EDIT" and modify existing errors
