FIX:
First, enable ServerConnect for WebSpeed by selecting it on the Messaging tab of the WebSpeed server configuration.
Second, modify the AdminServerPlugins.Properties file, adding jvmargs=-client to the [PluginPolicy.Progress.SonicMQ] section.
