INTRODUCTION:

Doing a correct installation according to the KB-18341 might still
render the installation useless on a MetaFrame server with tight
security.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
The application didn't initialised correctly : 0xC0000022
is the message that strongly indicates that the security implemented
on the server is to restrict.
The message text of error 0xC0000022 is:
MessageId: STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
MessageText: {Access Denied}
A process has requested access to an object, but has not been granted
those access rights.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:

Checking permissions on all NT Objects can seem as a task from hell,
never the less it is needed. It might be wise to narrow down what the
offending act in the application is doing so that it is known what
permission to change.
It is recommended to check the WWW.CITRIX.COM --> support --> Search
for --> APPLICATION INSTALLATION. which should reveal a bunch of info.
