Starting more servers with Progress Explorer (-Mn) 9.0X

DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.

INTRODUCTION:
=============
The Progress Explorer can sometimes cause unjustified confussion for
new users, several calls have been logged with users not being able to
start more than 4 servers even though it appeard that the number of
servers where set higher.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
A Database configuration in the Progress Explorer consist of two
default parts.
1. Default has GENERAL,BEFORE IMAGE,AFTER IMAGE,FORMAT,AUX PROCESS &
ADVANCED as tabs. Under the advanced is where you set the maximum
number of servers, and NOT on the 2. Default's number of servers.

PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
The 1. Default --> ADVANCED first entry reads MAXIMUM SERVERS
Change this to what ever needed setting.
The 2. Defaut --> General second entry reads NUMBER OF SERVERS, this
is the number of servers per broker and not the total amount of
servers that will be started.

Check that the setting has been picked up by using either;
Promon DATABASENAME
and use option 6 to check startup parameters.
or
Check the lg file for the same parameters.
or
Check the conmgr.properties and search for the word MAXSERVERS.
