SYMPTOM(s):
Using V10.2b01 loading a "Data Definitions (.df file)" into a database using the data-dictionary the process hangs and CPU usage is near 100%
Loading data definition file (.df) with data-dictionary tool hangs and gives high CPU usage
FACT(s) (Environment):
Using V10.2b without service pack the load of the .df file works fine

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00202243
CAUSE:
On Linux we fail to process keys and socket events if a db with too many extents is connected in self-service/single-user mode. Also, the same issue may cause the failure of the debugger to start on Linux.
FIX:
None at this time.
Workaround:
Remove SP1 from 10.2B
