FIX:
No a 10.2B SQL 92 client cannot communicate with a 10.0B database. This is because of a change we made to our drivers. As part of our effort to keep OpenEdge SQL current and retain the ability to add more powerful features, we upgraded the OpenEdge SQL driver to a "wire protocol" driver type in OpenEdge 10.1A. This update includes a change to the driver architecture. Therefore, this driver type is not backward-compatible, nor are older drivers forward-compatible.
