Exception is thrown when creating "Progress.Open4GL.Proxy.Connection" object from .NET open client
The type initializer for 'Progress.Open4GL.RunTimeProperties' threw an exception
at Progress.Open4GL.RunTimeProperties.GetStaticProperties()
at Progress.Open4GL.Proxy.Connection..ctor(String urlString, String userId, String password, String appServerInfo)
at proALPHA.DMS.v52.clsAppSrv.Connect()
The error appears as soon as any methods from Progress .NET assemblies are called.

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writting.
FIX:
After uninstalling the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4.0, install .NET Framework 2.0
