TTY application crashes randomly when users press F2 key to run APPLHELP.P
Application can also raise the following illogical errors
Cannot RUN applhelp.p directly. Must be fired from a trigger. (3251)
Procedure XXXX.p passed parameters to applhelp.p, which didn't expect any. (1005)

CAUSE:
For Character Clients, when the F2 key is pressed to run applhelp.p we were pushing the wrong number of bytes onto the call stack
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2B02 or later
