SYMPTOM(s):
Proutil <DB> -C replstatus command opens the database even when it raises errors or files are missing
if files are missing, returning the files will cause error 9213
Extent <file-name> has a different last opened date <timestamp>, (9213)

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00202412
CAUSE:
As the files around when command was run will have their date changed, returning the other files will have a date mismatch.
FIX:
At this time, there is no way to avoid the error on the command. If the 9213 error message is displayed, either try the prostrct unlock command after first backing up the database, or restore a backup.
