BROWSE widget must have at least 2 DOWN. (3520)

FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1E
Windows XP
CAUSE:
The DPI setting of the machine having the problem was (120 DPI).
FIX:
Change the DPI setting to 96 DPI:
1. Right-Click on your desktop
2. Select Properties to access the Display Properties dialog
3. Select the Settings tab
4. Click the Advanced button
5. Change the DPI setting from (120 DPI) to (96 DPI) by clicking on the down arrow of the DPI setting combo box and selecting the (96 DPI) setting
6. Reboot the machine.
7. Restart the application.
