Running probkup crashes with the system error memory violation and the protrace file is created

CHANGE:
New install of OpenEdge 10.2B
CAUSE:
File promsgs corruption during installation.
FIX:
Reinstall OpenEdge 10.2B or replace promsgs file with the one where the installation has been performed without problems.
