SYSTEM-DIALOG GET-FILE and SYSTEM-DIALOG GET-DIR will crash the session if passed a title longer than 106 characters
Calling SYSTEM-DIALOG GET-FILE or SYSTEM-DIALOG GET-DIR statement and passing a TITLE phrase
String passed to title is longer than 106 characters
The session crashes
The system dialog may or may not be displayed

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00202682
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2B04 or later
Workaround:
Make sure the title string never exceeds 106 characters.
