SYMPTOM(s):
Can't get to the printer Properties of a printer with a name containing double byte characters
Nothing happens when you hit properties from the Printer Setup dialog
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The printer functions are not Unicode enabled
FIX:
Workaround is to not use Printer names with double byte characters
