FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. The default FORMAT for RECID fields is ">>>>>>9". When displaying RECID values that are larger than that format you will see this error.
FIX:
Change the FORMAT in either the field definition or in the DISPLAY statement.
