SYMPTOM(s):
Missing containers in OpenEdge Explorer when sorting resources by type.
When sorting resources by type, the list is restricted only to NameServers (local and remote).
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.2B
OpenEdge Explorer 10.2x
On the OpenEdge Explorer machine only NameServer and NameServer Load Balance licenses are installed.
When sort by status (or container) is chosen then all resources and remote containers are displayed as they should.
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00202288
FIX:
A workaround is to add a database license of the same version as OpenEdge Explorer to the machine (ie OpenEdge 10.2B). If one is unavailable, please contact your Progress Account Manager.
