OEM dbanalys job fails to start recording wrong database's status in the output file
Database is not in use in multi-user mode!
database found in Unknown - cannot determine status
Dbanalysis will not be run!

Dbanalys job is run against a database, which is started in a multi-user mode
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00202291
CAUSE:
Even though a database broker is up and running, the checkup routine (in dba-load.r ) fails to determine the correct status as it scans for the string "Multi-user".
FIX:
As a workaround, specify English promsgs file in job's advanced parameters: "Environment" field, e.g.:
PROMSGS=<Path_to_English_promsgs_flie>/promsgs
