SYMPTOM(s):
HTTP 500 errors in OEE when only NameServer license is installed
There are various HTTP 500 errors on different screens of OEE 10.2B02
- when selecting resources:
HTTP ERROR: 500 Internal Server Error RequestedURl:/wsa/wsaruntimepropsedit.jsp
- when updating a web services adapter:
HTTP ERROR: 500 Internal Server Error RequestedURl:/wsa/wsanewinstance.jsp
- when adding a new WebServices Adapter.
HTTP ERROR: 500 Internal Server Error RequestedURl:/resutil/restable.jsp
There are javax.servlet.ServletException and java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError exceptions in the AdminServer log

All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.2B
OpenEdge Explorer 10.2x
On the OpenEdge Explorer machine only NameServer and NameServer Load Balance licenses are installed
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00202272
FIX:
A workaround is to add a database license of the same version as OpenEdge Explorer to the machine (ie OpenEdge 10.2B). If one is unavailable, please contact your Progress Account Manager.
