OEA: Context assist should not include full package name when a USING statement resolves the class name
The OE Architect Editor code completion assistance (CTRL-SPACE) always inserts the full package name even when the USING statements is included in the procedure or class being edited.
The OE architect code completion assistance, CTRL-SPACE, should look at the USING statements and ONLY insert the full package name if none of the USING statements resolve the class name.
