The IP range is invalid. Each of the first two fields of the starting and ending addresses must be identical. (10003)
Invalid character system handle expression <name> given to IN-HANDLE (must be a system handle name like SESSION, FILE-INFO, etc.). (10064)
NEW FORMAT object handle reference used inappropriately - try to simplify. (10085)

CAUSE:
Corruption (invalid characters) found in startup icon and application .INI file.
FIX:
Remove garbage characters from startup icon and .INI file and attempt to start the application again.
