SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to modify WebClient wcp file
Attempted to modify UltraControls objects listed for package.
UltraControls were previously part of the package but were no longer visibly part of the WCP.
Fails parsing error 126 when attempting to add UltraControls back into the WCP
Was previously able to edit the wcp using the WebClient Assembler.

CAUSE:
The project WCP file may be corrupt.
FIX:
Backup prior copies of the WCP and deployment files.
Recreate the WCP file and re-deploy.
