FACT(s) (Environment):
Using both IP Address and DNS name for server in URL to distinguish new web server from old web server

CHANGE:
Migrating to new web server
CAUSE:
Using both the IP address and the DNS name in the URL does not correctly address the web site. The web server interprets the DNS name as a web page under the web server, and can not find such a page.
FIX:
Use only an IP address or only a DNS name to identify the web server in a URL. Define a second name in DNS for a second server if identifying the separate servers by their IP addresses is not desirable.
