SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to start OpenEdge Management console.
Internet Explorer cannot display the web page
http://localhost:9090/
admserv.log file shows message: not auto starting Fathom.

CAUSE:
OpenEdge Management is not set to autostart
FIX:
Start Fathom manually using the command: fathom -start .
Then edit the fathom.properties file in the DLC directory and set autostart to true under the [Fathom] section. Example:
[fathom]
autostart=true
You can also edit the fathom.init.params file and change the set fathomEnabled to true.
SET fathomEnabled=true
