SYMPTOM(s):
netsetup fails with error 105
setup initialization error
error 105
Setup is unable to find installation languages in c:\documents and settings\<username>\... setup.lid
Has also seen errors regarding out of disk space sometimes during the initial run of the setup.exe.
There is more than sufficient disk space on this machine.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Installation being done as local administrator.
Installation also attempted as local domain administrator.
netsetup when ran on another machine did not experience the issue.

CHANGE:
Machine was recently reinstalled after being attacked via a virus.
CAUSE:
Recently rebuilt machine was plagued by another virus.
FIX:
Identify virus and remove the virus from the machine or machines that are populating the virus. Once the machine is virus free, then rerun the netsetup command.
