Windows error running dbtool
Dr.Watson dumps .hdmp and mdmp files
Windows error: "dbtool.exe encountered a problem and needs to close"
Database log file shows dbtool user is disconnected as dead user
(2527) Disconnecting dead user 5.

CAUSE:
Running dbtool from a windows command prompt without any OE environment variables set.
FIX:
Run the dbtool from the PROENV.
Alternatively, if running from the cmd prompt, make sure to set %DLC% and %PROMSGS% variables and add %DLC%\bin to the %PATH% environment.
