UltraControls not available in Visual Designer toolbox
OE Ultra Controls .NET license added to existing installation
Names of controls are listed, but with wrong icons. A "not applicable" sign is shown instead of the actual controls' icon.
Controls cannot be used
Toolbox.xml shows Ultracontrols version 9.2.20092.2090 is expected

CAUSE:
The existing installation had a service pack applied.
Adding the additional product installs new files from the base media, which are out of sync with what is expected for the service pack level.
FIX:
Re-apply the service pack to bring all installed components to the same level.
