Receiving 5894 errors when running the AppBuilder
Error occurred while creating/connecting to automation server for: PROX.PROIDE.
Cannot find the module.
Error code: 0x8007007e initialize_uib adeuib/_uibmain.p (5894)
AppBuilder encountered errors and cannot support ActiveX controls. You may encounter further errors if you open or run procedure files containing ActiveX controls

FACT(s) (Environment):
Machine has Open Edge 10 and Progress 9.1D installed on it.
The AppBuilder for Open Edge 10 works fine.

CAUSE:
The prox.dll is not registered correctly.
FIX:
Re-register the dll by typing the following at the command prompt:
regsvr32 <path>\dlc\bin\prox.dll
