4GL/ABL: A double-click on the border between two columns of a COLUMN-RESIZABLE browse fails to select the row.
A double-click on the border between two columns of a resizable browse fires the double-click event for the previously selected row instead of the the double-clicked row.

FIX:
None at this time. A workaround is to enable/disable the COLUMN-RESIZABLE attribute as needed using the browse right-click context popup menu.
