dbtool option 2 fails with ACCESS TAG set failed -8
ACCESS TAG set failed -8 error when running dbtool option 2 to update sql width
Database is not started
Choose connect option 1 single-user from dbtool option 2 menu
Access tag set failed <n>
Using Workgroup database
FACT(s) (Environment):
Running in multi-user mode doesn't show the problem
Using Enterprise database does not show the problem
