Kbase 18809: Roundtable Error Message " rtb/p/rtb_nodb.p was not found "

SUMMARY:
The character Roundtable install notes specify that you must create an
RTBSETUP file and that you must have the following Token in the first
line of the file:
RTBSETUP " /rtbinstall, /rtbinstall/rtb/p, .,"
Note that this erroneously has a space at the beginning between the first " and the first /. Taken literally, Roundtable will add that space to the propath and Progress may then experience problems on some operating systems (such as SCO OpenServer 5). When help.p tries to run rtb/p/rtb_nodb.p, it cannot be found since the propath is incorrect.
SOLUTION:
Remove the blank space from the RTBSETUP file.
This error condition could also indicate that the entry in RTBSETUP is incorrect. If your startup script (_rtb) is somehow able to find help.p and the path in RTBSETUP is wrong, you will get the same message.
