CHANGE:
Upgraded from 10.2B01 to 10.2B02
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00201085
CAUSE:
Problem was introduced due to changes in the 10.2B02 service pack.
FIX:
One workaround available is to re-compile code and set Min-size = NO.
Another workaround is to revert to 10.2B01 service pack, so long as no other fixes from 10.2B02 are needed this will allow normal functionality.
