Controls for SQL Config greyed out in Progress Explorer
Controls for SQL Config disabled in Progress Explorer
Progress Explorer has two server group configurations (SQL-Only and 4GL-Only) and only the 4GL broker can be controlled through Progress Explorer
The database is setup to Auto-Start when the AdminService starts and both brokers are starting successfully, however Progress Explorer offers no controls for the SQL-Only configuration

CAUSE:
The specific cause of this issue is unknown at this time
FIX:
After restarting the AdminService and killing stray processes the problem went away
