SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49) when trying to add a new extents
C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION and crash in dbut_firstByte when running prostrct add
stacktrace reads:

drdbUtil()

CAUSE:
Rogue -aistall parameter present in DLC/startup.pf
FIX:
Remove -aistall parameter from DLC/startup.pf as database startup parameters are not a supported or allowed parameter for prostrct utility and database startup parameters should not be present in the default startup.pf file
